VHS tapes are played in their entirety while we use an external recorder to capture the video and audio.

What support do we offer?
We provide data repair on the physical drive if needed. We will provide instructions on how to safely use the flash drives to minimize data loss.
How can my data be secured?
Using tools such as Bitlocker on Windows, and FileVault on Mac. We can provide support for Bitlocker, but not FileVault as we do not use MacOS.
Can my tapes be damaged?
Given the nature and intricacies of how analog media is played back, there is a very small chance of tapes being damaged. We thoroughly clean and maintain our playback devices to minimize damage. However, if damage is found to be on us, we offer a full refund of all services included and will direct you on where to go next.
